One of my favorite places in West Virginia is Tygart Lake. If you've never fished it, you're missing out on some of the best bass fishing in the state.

There's something about being out on the water early in the morning that has a way of clearing your head. No notifications or deadlines. Just the lake, a rod, and whatever the day brings.

National Boating and Fishing Week is a good reminder to get out and enjoy what we have right here in West Virginia. Hope to see some of you out there.
