I don’t think a trip to the grocery store is supposed to be this entertaining. 😂🛒

The family and I headed to Central Market in Fort Worth, which is easily my favorite grocery store.

This place has EVERYTHING.

Incredible produce, fresh bakery items, huge meat and seafood selections, foods from around the world, and about 100 things I didn’t know I needed until I walked through the door.

I could legitimately spend hours just wandering around this place.

But now I want to start an argument…

Funny how a restaurant can bring back so many memories. ❤️

When my brother and I were younger, our Gmama used to take us to Mexican Inn Cafe all the time. It became one of those places that I’ll probably always associate with growing up and spending time with her.

Nowadays, I get to walk through those same doors with my own little family and make a whole new set of memories.

And some things haven’t changed…

That chicken & rice is still DELICIOUS. 😂🔥

I know I’m not the only one who has a restaurant like this.

There are some places that everybody in town seems to know… but you drive 20 minutes away and suddenly they’re a hidden gem. 🌮

Baja Street Mexican Grill is one of those places.

Nestled right in the heart of Bridgeport’s Main Street, Baja Street has become a local favorite for its fresh food, great prices and some of the best customer service around.

And then there’s the owner, Beto.

I’m convinced this man has a superpower. 😂

You can visit ONE TIME, come back months later, and somehow he still remembers your name.

That kind of personal touch is exactly what makes local restaurants like this special.

Sometimes the best Around Town stops come straight from the comment section. 👀

The family and I took a weekend drive out to The Cafe' in Graford, Texas—a place I’d never visited and honestly didn’t even know existed until several of you started recommending it.

Well… y’all were right.

The food was delicious, we had a great family breakfast, and it was definitely worth making the drive!

This is exactly why I love getting recommendations from you guys. There are so many great little places out there that I’d probably never discover otherwise.
