As of January 2013, a staff of 325 work with 860 inmates. Located at 1106 North Avenue in Bridgeport and currently serving the courts of Bridgeport, Ansonia, Danbury, Derby, Milford, Norwalk and Stamford, the mission of staff at the facility is to provide an environment for inmates that is conducive to productivity and non-violence, through various educational and volunteer programs. Keep in mind that no visitors are permitted to bring cell phones inside the building, and visitation never occurs on State Holidays.
