I’m proud of my girls at Good Steward Insurance Group.

Over the past few months, we’ve made some changes, added some new faces, moved people into new roles, and continued working to build a team that can better serve our customers.

Every one of these ladies brings something different to Good Steward. Different personalities, different strengths, and different experiences, but one common goal: taking care of the people who trust us with their insurance.

Building a great team doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, communication, patience, and a whole lot of working together. I’m proud of where we are, but I’m even more excited about where we’re headed.

These are the ladies behind Good Steward Insurance Group, and I’m thankful to have each of them on our team.

Ashley is originally from Louisiana and moved to Orange, Texas, in 2024. She has quickly come to love the area and is happy to call Orange home. Ashley has been working in the insurance industry since 2021 and truly enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them with their insurance needs. She has hands-on experience assisting with claims, including helping customers through Hurricanes Laura and Delta while living in Louisiana. Those experiences taught Ashley the importance of being there for her clients, especially when they need help the most.
Ashley believes insurance is about more than just a policy—it’s about having someone you know and trust who is there to help when you need it. She takes pride in being approachable, dependable, and making sure her clients feel comfortable reaching out with any questions or concerns.
When Ashley isn’t working, she stays busy with her twins, who attend Orangefield. Family is very important to her, and she loves spending time with her family and their cat, Spooky. Ashley also enjoys fishing, traveling, and making new memories with the people she loves. She looks forward to continuing to build relationships in the community and getting to know the families and clients she has the opportunity to serve.

If you have your Texas P&C license, a few years of agency experience, and you genuinely love taking care of people, we want to talk to you.

This is a full time in-office position in Bridge City. You will be managing an established book of personal lines business for a growing independent agency that has been serving Southeast Texas for years. This is not a cold calling job. This is relationship work with real customers who need someone they can count on.

What we offer:

The role is a client-facing account management position. The right person will manage an established book of personal lines business, build genuine relationships with customers, and be the voice people trust when they need help.
