Saturday, May 16 at 10:30 PM through Sunday, May 17 at 7:30 AM.

Additionally, online electronic bill pay will experience periods of time that it will be unavailable on Sunday, May 17th from 8am to 8pm.

Please plan ahead for any transfers, bill payments, or mobile banking needs during this time.

REMINDER: Do not respond to or click links in unsolicited text messages or emails Never provide your card number or online banking credentials to unknown callers. If you receive a suspicious alert, contact your credit union directly using a trusted phone number

Several credit union members in Maine have reported receiving fraudulent text messages claiming to be from a company called Enfact. These messages reference supposed debit card transactions at retailers such as Best Buy and Foot Locker and instruct recipients to call an 800 number to verify the activity.

When individuals call the number, they are asked to provide their full debit card number and account information. They are then told that their online banking has been compromised. After obtaining this information, fraudsters may attempt to add the card to a digital wallet, such as Google Pay, and request online banking credentials.
