Outside the office, Sarah enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with family, and like any true chocolate lover, never passing up a sweet treat. We’re grateful to have Sarah on our team, helping make Darling’s a place that feels like home. 💙

This week, meet Mike Fitzpatrick, Agency Principal at Darling’s Insurance Agency!

With over 33 years of experience in the insurance industry, Michael brings deep knowledge and steady leadership to the team. He enjoys being part of a growing, professional environment and takes pride in helping support both coworkers and customers every day. Outside of the agency, Michael is a Maine Professional Guide — a hobby that lets him share his love for the outdoors. And if you see him on the road, he’ll likely be behind the wheel of his favorite ride, the 2024 VW Atlas. Michael also has family ties here at Darling’s, working alongside his son Devin in the Insurance Agency.

Our team gathered last night at Marsh Island Brewing for our annual holiday party. It was a great night celebrating the people who make our agency what it is. Over the past 18 years, including our January 2024 merger with the former All Points Insurance, our team has grown, our services have grown, and so has our commitment to the clients and communities we serve.

Thank you to our incredible team for everything you do every day, and thank you to our clients for trusting us with your insurance needs. We missed Carlene, Kate, and Cierra, but they were with us in spirit!

This week, meet Tamara Rutledge, Personal Lines Account Executive at Darling’s Insurance Agency!

Tamara has been with Darling’s for seven years, beginning as a part-time receptionist and working her way into becoming a licensed insurance agent. She loves helping customers one-on-one and making sure they feel supported and confident in their coverage. When she’s not at the agency, you’ll likely find Tamara in her garden or spending time with her two pups — a red lab and a Great Pyrenees who have absolutely stolen her heart. And if you see her on the road, she’s probably behind the wheel of her favorite vehicle: a Ford F-150.

Meet Tim Callahan, Personal Lines Account Manager at Darling’s Insurance Agency!

Tim joined the team in 2024 and loves being part of a friendly, professional group that works together to take great care of customers. He enjoys helping people navigate their insurance needs and making sure they feel confident in their coverage.

Outside the office, Tim spends his summers at his family camp, where you’ll find him 4-wheeling and fishing. We’re proud to have Tim on our team, he’s another great example of why we’re Driven by People. 💙

This week, meet Jill Dery, Account Executive at Darling’s Insurance Agency!

Jill has been part of the Darling’s family for five years, bringing with her a long career rooted in customer service — including work as a flight attendant, bar manager, and the start of her insurance journey all the way in Anchorage, Alaska. She loves taking care of her clients and teammates and takes great pride in providing the kind of service that makes a real difference.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys running (especially traveling to races with her girlfriends), exploring new places with her family, and sharing stories from her Aroostook County roots — including her very first job picking potatoes by hand. She even once won a trip to Chile and Argentina through a wine sales contest! Jill also has special ties within Darling’s, with her dad and aunt working here too.

We’re proud to have Jill on our team — her positivity, experience, and dedication truly embody what it means to be Driven by People. 💙
