Announcing our latest closed deal! Nolan advised Carolina Precision Fibers on its sale to Installed Building Products.

Headquartered in Ronda, NC, Carolina Precision Fibers is a leader in post-consumer recycled fiber products, producing cellulose insulation, hydromulch, and composite materials for customers across the Northeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic. The sale to Ohio-based Installed Building Products, one of the nation’s largest residential insulation installers, will further strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Our team spent a day volunteering at Operation Food Search, where we helped sort and pack food for families across the St. Louis region.

Operation Food Search is a hunger relief organization that provides free food, nutrition education, and innovative programs proven to reduce food insecurity. Each month, the agency provides food to 200,000 individuals, one-third of whom are children, in Missouri and Illinois.

Announcing our latest closed deal! Nolan advised Mason Manufacturing on its sale to Konza Valley Capital.

Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Decatur, IL, Mason Manufacturing is a value-added, ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) certified fabricator of custom designed and engineered processing equipment. The company was previously acquired by Advantage Capital in a transaction also advised by Nolan.
