Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for providing administrative support and handling various operational functions to ensure the branch is operating in an efficient manner. Provide high-level support to Branch Manager including heavy calendar management, successful coordination of business meetings, email management, and business tracking. Exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative needs and prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with little or no supervision. This position also includes some marketing admin responsibilities including events, mailers, email marketing, CRM, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing team’s and branch manager’s calendar; schedule variety of business meetings
Manage branch manager’s email
Independently creating well-organized, grammatically correct emails
Assisting with special events planning
Using various software applications such as spreadsheets and Salesforce CRM in order to keep the rest of the team informed on clients and deals
Ensure branch sticks with the annual marketing calendar and plans
Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems for the branch
Maintain a calendar and contact database, schedule appointments, make travel or conference arrangements, and may arrange meetings and conferences for an assigned work group
May perform administrative duties such as conducting research, updating databases/CRM, and preparing collateral materials
Various personal administration tasks, as needed, to support the branch manager.
Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts
Execute on some predefined marketing tasks like email, mailers, events, sales campaigns, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varying work load
Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
Must be high-energy, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working on a team
