2021 was a big year for SBA Lending and we ran out of funds early last year. You’ll be surprised that 2022 is even bigger!

Each year SBA allocates 7.5 billion dollars for the SBA 504 program. 30 days before our year ended in September, the SBA ran out of funds. This fiscal year for 2022 has continued to be a big year and we’re seeing a big increase in volume already.

Year to date SBA is experiencing a 30 percent increase in number of deals and a 60 percent increase in dollar volume.

So if you have been considering buying a building/ the SBA offers up to 90% financing with long term fixed rates for 25 years and flexible guidelines to qualify. You can start taking advantage of tax benefits by owning your property.

Or If you're thinking about refinancing your existing commercial real estate loan you could take advantage of today’s low rates and cash out up to 20% of the property value. Think about using the funds for working capital, paying off debt, payroll and property improvements.

So now’s the time to take action before it's too late and funds run out again.
