Prime Building Maintenance, LLC has knocked another project out of the park for us. So pleased with how this apartment came out!! New drywall, paint, light fixtures……and this beautiful floor.

Another great job by KC DeWeese and Company LLC. Major repair of this main drain line. Called for a clogged line thinking we need to roto root. They determined there was a much bigger problem and ran their camera through our line to see exactly what was going on. Needless to say- they were correct!! We have utilized them for many plumbing projects. Very knowledgeable, professional and prompt.

Our new roof is almost completely done! During this process; we also upgraded our insulation which will have a positive impact on our building's energy efficiency. We will now begin our interior rehab on two apartments on the north end of the building. Thank you Justin Campbell for the drone photos!
