To say this was a different closing would be an understatement as it turned into a Sunday School closing. A lot of people were all aligned for this family 6 months ago when we established a road map to homeownership until this week to get the Farmers into their first home. From the retiring sellers to the first time homebuyers first home. Full circle!

Congrats to this lovely young couple on their purchase! Also, thanks to Jacquelyn Struble for teaming up and getting them into their first home! With the technology we offer...all they needed was their Drivers License and College transcripts and technology did the rest!!!

Love helping Vets! VA 9 Day CTC to the finish!!! Congrats Cole family and great working with my guy Daryl Hubbard with Empower Homes he hustled with 38 Days and a terminated contract in the middle to rebound and get them back under contract so they could still sell their home and on time. Also thanks to the listing agent for trusting we could get a VA deal done in 21 days or less in the contract!
