Do you need a pre-qualification to start looking at homes?
Short answer: no, you don’t have to have one. 💙 You can browse online, go to open houses, and talk with an agent.
But if you want to look seriously, most agents (and us too) are going to recommend getting pre-qualified early. Why? Because it helps you focus on homes that actually fit your budget and what you’re after. It makes you more informed, helps your borrowing power feel more legitimate, and it can help you make a stronger offer when you find the right place.
If you’re thinking about starting the search, we’re happy to help you get that first step knocked out.
When you picture “starting to look,” what does that mean for you: online browsing, touring homes, or getting ready to make an offer?
