Fears Insurance Advisors is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our amazing team in Branson, Missouri.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details:
• Part-Time to with opportunity to become Full-Time for the right candidate
• Hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• In-office position located in Branson, MO
• Hourly pay plus performance-based bonus opportunities
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately
• Process policy changes and service requests
• Assist with billing questions and policy inquiries
• Issue certificates of insurance and other policy documents
• Gather information for insurance quotes
• Data entry and policy management
• Schedule appointments and support agency producers
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
