Account Representative in Personal lines
About the job
Preferred Candidate should be licensed in Connecticut for Property & Casualty Insurance or Personal Lines Insurance, with two years experience. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must! Your success will be dependent on your insurance knowledge and your communication skills that promote a strong relationship with the agency clients.
LOOKING FOR ON SITE STAFF ONLY, AT THIS TIME. Hours are M-F 8:30AM TO 4:30PM. Paid Holidays, PTO, Health , Dental and 401k
You will be responsible for the service and retention of existing accounts, as well as the growth of personal lines accounts.
In addition to an hourly wage, you will be eligible for growth bonus.
Qualifications
Keyboard skills of 50 wpm, Strong oral and written communications skills, licensed in property casualty or be willing to get licensed in the first 12 months. Team player. HS Diploma, College Degrees or credits a plus.
Any candidate who has experience in account management and frontline customer service in another industry, we would be willing to train that person if their background of experience fit into our independent insurance agency.
Compensation
$25/hour + or - based on experience and credentials.
