Dear Future Homeowners,
When the thought of buying a new home crossed our minds it gave us an enormous amount of anxiety. There are so many factors to consider, between finding a loan officer, realtor, inspector, insurance agency and an appraiser; we had no idea of where to start. Without Paula, we would not have found our dream home and the process for which could not have been easier.
Within minutes of speaking with Paula for the very first time, she suggested a realtor and we were contacted by her within minutes and had houses lined up to be seen a day later. Paula was always available to speak with us and made us always feel like we were her number one priority. Whether it was over the weekend and we had a question or if she was on vacation (which she was) she always took the time to answer her phone. Her attention to detail and diligent work ethic had us pre-approved and closed for our dream home within a short few weeks of meeting with her.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Paula and we would recommend her to all of our friends and family. If she is on your side, you have nothing to fear. Every step needed in the process is explained and she has a great network of resources for you to utilize when it comes time for finding insurance, inspections and appraisals.
