Michael’s journey into insurance is rooted in a lifelong commitment to service. Before founding Pino Insurance Group, he spent years in law enforcement, where protecting and helping others was at the heart of his work. When it came time for a new chapter, an introduction through family opened his eyes to the powerful impact insurance can have. “I realized insurance is another way to protect families, businesses, and livelihoods,” he said. “Building Pino Insurance Group has allowed me to continue serving my community in a new way—and I’ve loved every second of the journey.”
What keeps Michael striving for excellence and giving back?
