Another loan closed for a well deserving, hard working first time homebuyer!!!

After some lengthy consultations, we determined he was best positioned to utilize a 5% down payment, primary financing loan to purchase this 2 family home. We also got a below market rate utilizing an income based program.

He’ll spend the next year adding sweat equity to the home and will either turn this into a full investment property (while keeping the lower rate he received), or turn it over for a nice profit to roll into his next project!

5 Closings today!!! Boy, was this a rewarding day and what all the hard work is all about! Each buyer scenario presented its own challenges, but we overcame them all!

4 first time homebuyers, all of which utilized a first time homebuyer loan to take advantage of discounted rates. We also used down payment assistance where it was needed most(I’m an expert on these in MA, NH and CT).

Last loan closed was my father’s best buddy from college, who purchased a beautiful bungalow right on the water in the Jersey Shore 😊

We grind all month for days like these and nothing means more than making dreams come true for hard working people that deserve their piece of the American Dream!

Recently picked up my New Jersey license so I can help the guy on the left(my big bro) and his bride to be finance their new home once they find it!!!
