CSR - Customer Service Representative & Insurance Agent Sales

Brandon Insurance is a 61 year old agency in Brandon, FL, focused primarily on personal lines business. We are a vibrant, relaxed, yet hard working group that are looking to grow our team. Salary and bonus/commission opportunities available.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years of insurance experience and a minimum of a 4-40 license (must be willing to work towards a 20-44 or 2-20). Experience with QuoteRush is a plus, but not required. General duties include, but are not limited to: supporting the sales staff, running quotes, endorsement requests, policy changes, sales, just to name a few.

Opportunities to earn bonuses/commissions will be available through cross-selling and/or selling new business policies.

Candidates must be able to answer phones and communicate well with clients. Friendly and team oriented is a must. We work hard and have fun, and would like to find a person a similar positive attitude.

This position will be located at our office, but upon completion of a 6-month trial period, work-from-home may be an option for the right candidate.
