I’ve had several people ask me about the new development on the corner of Hugh Ward Blvd., Bristol Crossing of Flowood.
Construction has begun and they are saying some will be completed in March. If you are interested in taking a look, call me and let’s go check them out. There might be some that you could still select your paint colors. That’s always fun! You know how much I love new construction. 🥰 Don’t wait till Spring! We are expecting real estate to get busier & there’s a potential of getting back into that market where homes are difficult to find again. We just never know. But what I do know is you don’t need to wait. Interest rates have greatly improved and are really closer to the true normal range. Call your favorite mortgage lender and get some ideas of what that will be for you. And remember, various lenders have programs to help and not all are the same. Call us and we’ll help you navigate your search. And then, we can go house shopping friends. You deserve to live in a home that you love. Real Estate is ALWAYS a good investment!
