Haha! This man was a lot of fun to work with! He just bought himself a gorgeous home today! Earlier this week he texted asking what format the closing funds need to be in - I replied "black briefcase, small bills" LOL The mortgage process is not very fun, it's stressful, it's encompassing, it's tedious - and because that's the case, it's that much more important that my team and I do our best to lighten the mood and make the procedure as pleasant as we can. Buying a home is a thrilling experience, we want people to feel that joy throughout our intensive cavity search of their whole life! Bringing people home with a smile is what we do , and the joy I bring to others, is my joy too! Yay!
