Some people call us asking for full coverage on their vehicle. But what does that actually mean?

Years ago, auto coverage was available as liability only and full coverage. Full coverage was a common way to describe an auto policy with both comprehensive and collision coverage. These coverages pay for physical damage to your own vehicle (subject to your deductible). If you have a loan, the lender required you to have this protection.

Collision Coverage helps pay to repair or replace your vehicle if you're involved in a crash, whether it's with another vehicle, a tree, a guardrail, or another object. Comprehensive Coverage helps pay for damage to your vehicle caused by things other than a collision, such as theft, vandalism, fire, falling objects, weather events or hitting an animal.

Meet our licensed agent and co-owner Michelle Pearson. Michelle grew up in a small town in Missouri and settled down in beautiful Tampa Bay years ago. When not working with clients, you will find Michelle spending time with family, traveling across the USA to visit grandchildren, volunteering with Meet Me In The Streets Ministry, enjoying time at home or planning the next cruise adventure.

Family is at the center of everything for Michelle. As a wife of a retired Army Veteran, mother of 7, grandmother of 11 and business owner, she knows firsthand how important it is to protect the home you live in, the business you've poured your soul into and the future you're building for your family. Meet our licensed agent and co-owner Nicole Barbera. Originally from The Netherlands, Nicole moved to Florida in 2013 and has loved the Sunshine State ever since. She is married with three children and loves to play pickleball in her free time.

Nicole spent her younger years working in the service industry, learning to work hard and provide excellent customer service, while completing a college degree at the same time. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate Management with a minor in English, she transitioned into a more fulfilling career in property and casualty insurance. Nicole started as a 4-40 licensed Customer Service Representative and has held a 2-20 Property and Casualty insurance agent license since 2024.
