Florida locals can now receive up to $35k as down payment assistance when buying their first home, or when buying but haven't owned a home in the last three years.
What you need to know:
You must plan to live in the home you buy
You must be employed by a company with a physical office in Florida
This is a closing cost credit of 5% of the loan amount up to $35,000
Reservations start 7/1 so this will be for those closing no earlier than late July
