Hi customers . We have power but no internet .
We are taking our customers claims by paper and phone.
If you have your policy number and the carrier toll free claim number. Go ahead and call the company directly . If you can’t get through call us. We will take the claim and call it in.
Please understand that there are so many claims that every carrier is doing their own triage. They are trying to get the worst claims first.
A storm this bad is new and different to us too.
This is way different than Helene because damage is not limited to coastal flooding.
Milton was still a cat 2 100 miles inland.
We are here to help. We are doing our very best. But we are handicapped just like most everyone .
