Most people don’t realize this…

A will does NOT keep your finances private.

If your estate goes through Probate → it becomes public 👀

That includes:
• Assets
• Debts
• Who gets what

BUT…

There’s a better way (at least partially 👇)

Accounts with beneficiaries or TOD instructions can skip probate:
✔ Faster
✔ Private
✔ Direct

⚠️ The catch?

Miss anything… and part of your estate can still go public.

That’s why many people eventually use a Revocable Living Trust:

🧩 Beneficiaries = patchwork
🏗️ Trust = blueprint

Both matter. But one is more complete.
