25 years in this business… and I still love it.

I’m on a cruise, middle of the ocean—two contracts came in in the last 24 hours. I’m connected, I see everything… but I don’t have to respond. My team already has it handled.

Now… let’s be real—I did open the laptop last night after everyone went to bed, and I was up at 4:45 this morning walking the track and knocking out a few emails.

But that’s just who I am—not something I’m forced to do.

That’s what this career has given me… the ability to be present with my family and still have everything running.
