This year I celebrated my Birthday a little bit differently. I completed the One World Canine Cross with Nora. I am claustrophobic, & hate water. I navigated challenges and persevered through 4 plus miles of obstacles and challenges.
I did not give up, I pushed through mud, water, climbed heartbreak hill, and crawled through Culvert pipes…..

What I learned is that I can do hard things. I can challenge myself and I can grow from it. Believe in yourself and there are no limits.
