is a and former pastor who coined the famous concept, "The Nothing Box". With the stresses of life, kids, marriage, work, debt, etc., lately I've been remembering to just relax and destress. "The Nothing Box" is basically based on the concept that many men have a bunch of boxes in their brain. You pull out a box, you play with it, you put it back. Work box, play box, sports box, . Many women have wires going here to here to here to here to here to here and everything is connected. Anyway, the "nothing" box is basically taking that time to just relax and turn off the brain and do absolutely nothing of import at all. Sometimes I'll play on my phone, watch TV, or read a book.

So to everyone (male or female), I just want to you, take care of yourself and get in your nothing box. It's good for you! Don't be stressin'! (Especially about your insurance because everyone who ever reads this has of course taken COMPLETE and utter care of their finances to the point that they don't need my services, right? 🙄 That's what everyone says anyway!) Take a break and re-center yourself. However that is. It's Sunday. Ain't no reason you should be doing anything but going to church and hanging out. The Lord forbids it on His day, anyway lol.
