Great news:
USDA is changing their rule on manufactured homes!
Previously, they would not finance them and we needed another option to make it work with zero down.

The rule will not be in effect until end of March, but amazing to hear. More options for affordable housing!

Keep me in mind when you need financing on your next home or refinance.

I have closed a lot of these over the last three years and been a top producer for this product that helps people get into a home with little or no money down! The start of the month they started a new program that has an even LOWER interest rate for those that qualify!

If you follow me at all and we have talked about conventional loan interest rates recently, you know those nasty LLPA’s that effected pricing….
Well, they have pushed that to the side which is GREAT news!!
That means we don’t have to try and work in that bubble currently!

Huge open for the market this morning which means rates are trending down!
