Thanks to Barren River Area Safe Space, Inc. and the incredible work they do for survivors of domestic violence in our community.

This weekend, Brooke, her husband Chase, and their son Hunter participated in the Steps for Safety 5K, showing their support for an organization that provides safety, resources, and hope to those who need it most. What a fun event for Brooke to do with her husband and son!

And a special congratulations to Brooke and Hunter, who both took 1st place in their respective age groups! What a wonderful accomplishment for a meaningful cause.

Our team recently spent four days in Scottsdale for Baird’s High-Performing Teams Retreat. It was a great opportunity to learn from other teams, share ideas and spend meaningful time together.

We came home with fresh perspectives, stronger connections and new ideas we are excited to put into practice. Most importantly, everything we learned was centered on one goal: continuing to provide the best possible experience for our clients.

With a military background and several years as part of the Baird family, Desmond brings a strong foundation of teamwork, discipline, and communication to his role. He appreciates the close-knit culture of The Perry Group and the opportunity to work alongside a team that shares his commitment to putting clients first.

A Glasgow, Kentucky native, Desmond originally moved to Bowling Green to attend Western Kentucky University. Today, he and his fiancée, Kaitlyn, are happy to call Bowling Green home!
