Keeping a customer from having to make unnecessary repairs is a pretty great win!

Tara recently helped a customer who was facing a non-renewal following an inspection. The insurer was requiring the customer to replace their roof due to reported damage.

Tara went back and forth to advocate for her customer and ultimately got the non-renewal lifted. The customer was able to keep their coverage without having to make any repairs to the roof!

At Ingram Insurance, we believe in advocating for our customers and doing everything we can to help find the best solution for their situation.
