🏡 Another closing in the books!

Last Friday was an extra special one. Congratulations to Giselle and her brother, Ilton, on becoming first-time homeowners! 🎉🔑

I have the opportunity to work with Giselle at Keller Williams, so it was great getting to be on the other side of the transaction and help her and Ilton with their own home purchase. I am sure she got more information than she bargained for since she is my next door neighbor but it helped her stay informed every step of the process.

Last week was a special milestone—not just because I had another happy client, but because it was my first closing with my wife as the Realtor.

Starting something new can feel intimidating.

Earlier this year, my wife Megan and I started taking golf lessons. We quickly realized how uncomfortable it feels to be the “new people” when everyone else seems to already know what they’re doing. We didn’t even know what questions to ask.

Buying a home can feel the same way.
