Today, we introduce you to Zachary Tonello, a Commercial Lines Account Manager who will celebrate his seventh anniversary with Murray & MacDonald next month.

Zach chose a career in insurance because he enjoys meeting new people and helping them. Working in insurance allows him to do both. He knows that understanding complex coverage can be hard for busy business owners, which is why he focuses on simplifying the information. He takes his time to explain how it works and what they can expect in the event of a claim. This dedication to educating his clients has enabled him to build strong relationships with the people he works with.

When Zach isn't helping businesses with their insurance needs, he enjoys traveling, hiking, playing basketball, and golf. His ideal day off involves playing a round of golf with friends, followed by a relaxing night with his girlfriend, enjoying takeout while binge-watching a TV show.
