We are incredibly proud to recognize this year’s Municipal Bank Scholarship recipients, Alayna Valone and Rosalinda Chavez, who are already making a difference.

Alayna, double majoring in criminal justice and psychology, is gaining hands-on experience through her internship with the Bradley Police Department and is dedicated to a future in criminal justice.

Rosalinda is graduating with her bachelor’s degree in social work, continuing on to her master’s, and setting her sights on law school in Fall 2027. Her passion lies in advocating for at-risk populations and creating meaningful change.

These are exactly the kinds of futures we believe in…driven, compassionate, and rooted in community impact.💛

We couldn’t be more excited to support such deserving students and to continue investing in the next generation of leaders , especially strong women making a difference right here in our community.🫶🏼

A lifelong Kankakee resident, Marsha’s impact spans years of leadership—supporting women, children, and families across our community. She is a Senior Vice President with over 45 years in banking, including 15 years with us at Municipal Bank, bringing both professional expertise and heart to everything she does.

Her dedication, compassion, and leadership continue to make a lasting difference across Kankakee County. We are proud to celebrate you, Marsha! 💛

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear colleague, Tammi Stock.

Tammi dedicated 33 years of service to Municipal Bank, where she was a familiar and friendly face to so many of our customers and team members. Her commitment to exceptional service, her kindness, and her steady presence made a lasting impact on our organization and the community we serve.

Beyond her work, Tammi found joy in gardening, spending time outdoors, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts. Most importantly, she cherished time with her family and loved ones.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with her husband, John, her children, grandchildren, and all who knew and loved her.

Tammi will be greatly missed, but her legacy of kindness and dedication will always remain a part of Municipal Bank💛

This weekend we celebrated this incredible group of women representing 15+ years each at Municipal Bank! Coming together for a combined 425 years of experience, commitment, and impact. What an amazing testament to loyalty, strength, and the power of working side by side over time.

More than colleagues, they’ve built lasting friendships, supported one another through every season, and helped shape the culture and success of Municipal Bank in ways that can’t be measured.
