Our hours have temporarily changed due to staffing adjustments. Elite Community Credit Union, formerly Envision Credit Union, has been in business since 1957. Throughout the years, we have remained financially stable. 📢 SYSTEM UPDATE

We’re happy to share that we are starting to get back up and running! 🙌

Things are not completely posted or fully restored just yet, but we are seeing progress and moving in the right direction. Our systems are actively being brought back online, and we’re working to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible.

📱 Mobile & Online Banking will remain unavailable for the next few days. While we know how important these services are, our priority right now is making sure our internal systems are fully operational and working at the best possible capacity for our members before bringing Mobile & Online Banking back online.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support while we work through this.

We’re getting there, and we’re moving in the right direction! Thank you for hanging in there with us!

We want to provide you with a quick update regarding the service disruption.

Our core system provider is actively working on our system right now, and we are getting closer to having our services fully restored. While we still do not have an exact restoration time, we are hopeful that services will be back up within business hours today.

We understand how important access to your accounts is, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this disruption. We know this has been frustrating and inconvenient, and we are truly sorry for the impact it has had on you.

Please know that we continue to stay in close communication with our core system provider and they’re working diligently to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.

As many of you have noticed, the credit union’s main processing system is currently down. We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience this is causing. We know the situation is distressing and affects your everyday life.

Please know that we have been in constant contact with our processing provider, and their team has been working overnight to restore service. While we are hopeful that service will be restored sometime today, we do not have a confirmed restoration time and do not want to make a promise we cannot guarantee.

Your debit card can still be used during the outage. However, while our main system remains unavailable, debit card transactions are temporarily limited for purchases and ATM withdrawals.

Since the issue is with our external processing provider, there are limitations to what we can directly control or restore from our end. Our focus is on the areas where we can support our members in our office with the services we are still able to provide.

We know this situation is frustrating, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. We will continue working closely with our processor and will provide an update as soon as we have additional information to share.
