🎯 2026 Young Professionals Conference – Mission Impossible! 🎯

Last week, Ashley had the opportunity of attending the 2026 Young Professionals Conference (YPC) hosted by the Illinois Credit Union League. This year's theme was "Mission Impossible," and it was an incredible experience!

Ashley enjoyed connecting with other like-minded credit union professionals, sharing ideas, and learning new ways to better serve our members and communities. The conference provided valuable presentations and networking opportunities that help young professionals grow and succeed in the credit union industry.

Suzie was also honored to participate in a CEO and C-Suite Leadership roundtable discussion with the young professionals. It was a fantastic experience, and she was impressed by the passion, knowledge, and dedication demonstrated by the next generation of credit union leaders.

The Young Professionals Conference is a wonderful opportunity to bring emerging leaders together, foster collaboration, and strengthen the future of the credit union movement.

A special thank you to the Illinois Credit Union League for organizing such an outstanding conference. We appreciate all the hard work that went into making this event a success!

We had a wonderful night out painting with the other credit unions from the Kankakee Valley Chapter! 🎨

A fun time was had by all, but it was decided that we probably shouldn’t quit our day jobs because our paintings were definitely not masterpieces! 😂 LOL

Suzie and Sara had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Women’s Leadership Conference last week hosted by the Illinois Credit Union League. They enjoyed hearing from all the fabulous speakers, networking with other credit union professionals, and making new friends within the credit union community.

The Women’s Leadership Conference brings together credit union leaders and professionals to learn, connect, and collaborate while supporting and advancing women throughout our industry. Through thoughtful programming and meaningful networking opportunities, ICUL creates a space for participants to share ideas, build confidence, and strengthen their impact on their organizations, members, and communities.

It was truly a wonderful experience, and we are already looking forward to next year’s event!
