2 year mark!

Being a business owner has been one of the most humbling and rewarding experiences of my life.

When I first started, I thought things would come together quickly. The reality? Building a business takes time, consistency and a whole lot of patience, especially in a competitive industry like insurance where families are doing their best to manage rising costs.

Still, I’ve learned that growth doesn’t happen overnight. Mentors and successful agents have told me that year 3 is when you really start to see momentum through stronger relationships, better retention and more renewals. That has me excited for what’s ahead.

And honestly, this is a big part of my “why.” Here’s a photo of me with my two daughters, including my youngest who is just 1 month old. They inspire me every day to keep building, keep learning and keep showing up.
