Yesterday was my 1-Year work Anniversary with UMortgage! Jumping over here was a big decision but easily the best decision I have made. It not only helped me grow in an environment where most LOs were quitting but also gave way for my agents to grow and win deals that they normally couldn't in a tough rate environment.

This single decision has impacted my family and the agents I work with for the better.

Can't give a big enough thanks to my Branch Managers! Jimmy Hobson had multiple calls with me leading up to my decision and gave me some of the best coaching I needed at that moment and continues to do so.
