He was friendly and courteous, but more importantly always available. He knew I was watching the mortgage rates right along with him and wanting to sign on the dotted line when it was the right time for us. I didn't feel pressured to move any faster than I was ready and at the same time he was ready to act the minute we said go. We were able to look at every scenario and have every option explained fully. When you're dealing with such a big investment as your future home it's extremely important to have someone on your side. I never felt like any question I asked wasn't taken seriously and addressed right away. This was our third time purchasing a home and by far the best experience with a mortgage broker. I would highly recommend working with Erik if you're looking to have an experienced professional that truly listens to your needs.
