🔑 First time Bond Loans start as low as $1,000 down
🔑 Conventional loans start as low as 3% down
🔑 FHA loans start at 3.5% down
🔑 VA and USDA loans may require $0 down

The highest possible credit score is 850, and first-time homebuyers can qualify for competitive terms in the 650-750 range. My loan team uses a variety of strategies to assess risk and find the best possible combination of factors to approve applications.
