We’re excited to welcome Elizabeth Parr to Flatirons Bank as Vice President, Director of IT!

Elizabeth will lead the Bank’s technology strategy and oversee operations that keep its systems secure, reliable, and efficient. She brings a strong background in project and process management, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for solving complex challenges and driving innovation.

An active community member, Elizabeth has volunteered with local organizations, including Boulder County, where she helped plant native shrubs, and Denver Parks and Recreation, where she supported trail maintenance. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outdoors, making pottery, and creating memories with family and friends.

We’re excited to officially welcome Brian Seeley as our new SVP, Chief Credit Officer at Flatirons Bank!

Brian brings extensive experience across commercial banking, credit administration, treasury, and risk management. He joins us after more than 14 years with FirstBank, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Treasury. At Flatirons Bank, Brian will oversee credit administration, underwriting, portfolio management, loan administration, and problem asset management while helping support the Bank’s continued responsible growth.

A little golf and a lot of good conversation at Monday’s Carbon Valley Chamber Golf Tournament. Flatirons Bank’s Kami Reiger, AVP, Market Manager, and Derek Skillingstad, VP, Commercial Relationship Manager, had a great time in pink alongside teams from Holmes Murphy, GTC, PEH Architects, and Latitude Commercial.

A big thank you to Jennifer Norman and the Carbon Valley Chamber for hosting such a fun event and creating an opportunity to connect with businesses across the community.

What a wonderful turnout on Friday morning for the Longmont Chamber's Business Before Hours! Thanks to everyone who showed up early and brought the community spirit with them.

We hosted a few fun giveaways, enjoyed breakfast together, and celebrated Recovery Café's upcoming launch of their new home on Main Street. Their recovery resources for substance use and mental health challenges are crucial, and we look forward to seeing how their new space can help even more people rebuild.

We're grateful to the chamber, our staff, and the Longmont community for always making these events so meaningful. When we come together to connect, we support not only the growth of local businesses but Longmont as a whole.
