I wish this came naturally to me… but it doesn’t.
Most days, my first instinct is to brace for what could go wrong instead of believing in what could go right and it’s something I’m still actively working on.

But I’m learning that expecting good things isn’t about ignoring reality or pretending everything is perfect. It’s about giving yourself permission to hope anyway. It’s about not letting past disappointments write the script for your future.
