The BEST time to find out there’s a problem with your financing?

Before you’re standing in somebody’s kitchen figuring out where the couch is gonna go!

Seriously though, preparation matters.

There are so many ways to earn money today, and mortgage guidelines don’t always treat that income the way you’d expect. The earlier we have the conversation, the more options we usually have.

No pressure to buy.
No manufactured urgency.
Just information, strategy and a plan for whenever YOUR time comes.

That’s the value.

Think your mortgage payment only changes when interest rates do?

Not even close.

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is, “My rate must have gone up because my payment increased.”

In most cases, that’s not what happened.

Your monthly mortgage payment is made up of more than just principal and interest. It often includes property taxes and homeowners insurance through an escrow account. If your taxes increase or your insurance premium goes up, your monthly payment can increase too, even though your fixed interest rate never changed.

The more you understand how your mortgage actually works, the fewer surprises you’ll have as a homeowner.

My goal isn’t just to help people get a mortgage. It’s to make sure they truly understand one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make.
