"INTEREST ONLY" CASH-FLOW OPTION
Borrowers now have the option of applying for an interest-only mortgage, opposed to a principal and interest mortgage.
This product can save thousands of dollars over the course of a year in lower payments.
The payment is only $375 per $100,000 borrowed.
A new mortgage loan of 350,000 would save 462.00 per month, opposed to a full principal and interest payment.
This is a great option for the borrower. There is no additional increase to the rate to obtain this product.
The borrower has the option of paying interest only, or can make a full payment at any month of their choice!!!
Many investors prefer this type of payment, whereas they are relying on appreciation of their property while gaining extra monthly cash flow.
