We came into the process with very little knowledge of how home buying worked. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us through the mortgage process. About a year passed between pre-approval and closing, Nick made himself available day and night for communication. After closing I felt confident Nick did his best to get us the best possible rate. In the future I look forward to working with Nick again, and 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Let me be the first to tell you!

Multi-family buyers...Buying and listing agents... On NOV 18th 2023, Fannie Mae is updating guidelines to lower the Conventional down payment requirements on 2-4 unit homes to 5% down.

Currently the 2 unit down payment requirement sits at 15% and the 3-4 unit requirement is 25%. This change eliminates the issue of self sufficiency on FHA 3-4 unit properties for buyers and sellers. DM me for details!
