Over the last 12 months we have begun expanding our geographic footprint to growth markets in the south and mid-west, adding 7 additional states. By expanding geographically, we continue to diversify our portfolio and minimize market risk for our investors. This has been one of many strategies designed to preserve capital and provide high returns. I love it when risk and returns are optimized!
