Long Term Care Specialist Sean Anderson

Sean Anderson is a Long-Term Care Advisor at Tucker & Shepley at our Federal Street office in Boston. Sean manages our Long Term Care Association plans. He consults with both individual and employer association members.


Sean is a four year U.S. Navy veteran with service in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm. He comes to Tucker & Shepley as a sales consultant at Cintas. Since 2009, Sean has enhanced our technology and security protocols to exceed government standards to insure customer privacy and data security. Starting in 2011, Sean manages Tucker & Shepley’s group reenrollments and new association sales.

Managing Director Joseph P. Imparato

Joe Imparato is the Managing Partner at Tucker & Shepley and manages our Federal Street office in Boston.

For over 20 years, Joe has been leading successful business organizations. In senior management roles, he has created and implemented effective strategies within organizations such as TIAA-CREF, New York Life, Rogers Benefits Group, and Stop Loss Insurance Brokers.

Joe’s expertise is consultative analysis, plan marketing, and negotiations. He has delivered lower plan costs, higher participation rates, and selective benefit additions to his clients.

Joe holds a M.B.A. degree from Suffolk University in Boston along with a B.S. degree from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He also has attained the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the Wharton School of Management in Pennsylvania, the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant designations from the American College in Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Long-Term Care Specialist.
