We will be at Club Rendezvous on Sunday January 26th starting at 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm to receive payments. Members will need to sign new enrollment forms as benefit levels for 2020 have gone up. Club Rendezvous is located at 596 Moody St, Waltham, MA 02453. Receipts will be sent out after the insurance company has processed the second payment.
