Meet Lance Gause: Business Advisor at New Majority Capital

Before NMC, Lance was searching for a business to acquire on his own, without success. Then he saw a post about the wealth access gap and the idea that all it would take was the right engine to unlock it. He reached out the next day.

Now, as Founder of Artemis Financial Consultants, Lance helps fellows get creative with financing: seller notes, earnouts, CDFI partnerships, and deal structures that don’t look anything like a traditional bank loan.

One deal started at 10% seller financing and ended at 60%, because the seller believed in the valuation and was willing to take on more ownership for greater upside.
