Synergy hosted a Broker Open House at 101 Arch Street, showcasing the building’s new Arch Street entrance, modernized lobby, and updated conferencing & amenity spaces as part of our continued investment in Downtown Boston.

The event came at an exciting time for the Downtown Boston market, where we continue to see strong momentum and growing demand from tenants. We look forward to sharing more updates on 101 Arch and other projects across our portfolio as this activity continues to build.

Members of the Synergy team sponsored & participated in the 2025 Boston Inclusive Co****le Tournament benefiting Special Olympics Massachusetts. We had the opportunity to team up with Special Olympics athletes for an afternoon of competition, community impact, and fun.

Beyond the games, it was a meaningful reminder of why these events matter: bringing people together around a cause that creates real change. A big thank you to Special Olympics MA and Dan Collins for the incredible work you do!

Another successful Synergy Summer Internship Program for the books! 📚

Our interns Avital Friedman, Naomi Barrant, and Derek Halet delivered their final presentations, showcasing the valuable work they’ve contributed at Synergy.

We’re especially proud of Avital and Naomi who completed the Commercial Real Estate Success Training (CREST) Internship and were honored at the closing ceremony. Our VP of People & Culture Christina Thai was a featured speaker at the event!

Thank you for your commitment, fresh perspectives, and strong work ethic all summer long. A huge thank you also goes to their managers for their mentorship and guidance throughout the summer.

The best team building doesn’t always happen in a conference room.

Synergy partnered with for a puppy therapy session that proved stress relief doesn’t always come from traditional wellness programs. Our team spent an afternoon with seven Australian Shepherds, and the transformation was immediate - relaxed shoulders, genuine smiles, and conversations that felt effortless. We take pride in creating a company culture that brings people together.

Taking time to decompress and connect, whether with colleagues or four-legged friends, creates the kind of energy that carries back into everything we do. Thanks to for the perfect lunch to round out the day.

Sometimes the best workplace initiatives are the ones that remind you why you love working with great people.

From shoe factory to sneaker headquarters!

Synergy is thrilled to announce that global athletic brand has signed a new lease to relocate to our 179 Lincoln Street property in Boston’s Leather District. The fully built-out, turnkey space enables to seamlessly transition to their new home - right in the heart of downtown.

This move perfectly honors the building’s unique history as a former shoe factory while reinforcing Boston’s reputation as America’s sneaker capital.

Happy 4th of July from the birthplace of American independence!

From our properties along Boston’s legendary Freedom Trail, we witness history every day—exactly where liberty first rang out.

Our buildings stand where history was made:

🏛️1 Liberty Square: Where the historic 1765 Stamp Act events unfolded, marking a significant chapter in the story of American independence.

🏛️45 & 27 School Street: Just steps from where America’s first public school opened in 1635—the same halls where Ben Franklin, Samuel Adams & John Hancock once walked as students.

🏛️294 Washington Street: Right in the heart of Boston’s historic literary district, where some of America’s greatest writers and thinkers gathered for centuries.

There’s something special about walking to work on the same cobblestones where history was made. Every day we’re reminded of the courage, innovation, and determination that shaped our nation.

Synergy hit the pavement last week at the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge.

Our team joined thousands of professionals from across Boston for the annual 5k road race through the city. It was great to see so many of our colleagues sign up and experience something completely different from our usual work environment.

We know what it takes to overcome challenges and achieve our goals - so it felt meaningful to support the Ron Burton Training Village, an organization that’s been helping young individuals do exactly that for nearly 40 years through education and leadership development.

There’s something valuable about stepping outside the office together and tackling a shared challenge while supporting a meaningful cause.
