As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing our clients with the insurance coverage they need to protect their financial future. Your responsibilities will include educating clients on different insurance options, assessing their needs, and guiding them towards appropriate coverage plans.
Responsibilities:
-Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs
-Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options
-Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
-Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns
-Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge
-Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
-Must possess a valid insurance license
-Previous experience as a licensed insurance agent is preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong sales and negotiation abilities
-Proactive and self-motivated attitude
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market dynamics
-Familiarity with virtual selling techniques and comfortable using technology for client interactions
