Meet Jaydan Juneau, a Loan Officer at Jenn Lending and the second-longest-tenured employee on the team! 😜 With 5–6 years of experience in mortgage lending, Jaydan specializes in the wholesale channel because he believes it allows him to offer more options to his clients.
Before mortgage lending, he earned a degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana Tech and spent some time working in consumer loans. What he enjoys most about his career is the flexibility, unlimited income potential, the people he gets to work with, and knowing he can offer some of the best options in the business. His favorite part of helping people buy a home is seeing the excitement on closing day, especially when it's a first-time homebuyer. Clients and realtors can always count on Jaydan for a quick response, no ghosting, and a commitment to finding the best rate. He also prides himself on being able to move quickly, often qualifying buyers within the same hour their application is received.
Outside of work, Jaydan loves spending time with his wife, Maddy, whom he met at Louisiana Tech, and their 10-month-old baby. Their family also includes two big dogs, June and Frankie! If he weren't in mortgage lending, he might be using his Kinesiology degree as a PTA or OTA or, with what he knows now, he could see himself selling insurance or becoming a realtor.
Around Shreveport-Bossier, his favorite spots include Sauvage, East Bank, and Live Casino. He's a city guy first, followed by the beach, lake, and mountains, and right now he's slightly obsessed with Big Brother, (he and his wife have been going back and watching seasons from more than 10 years ago). His daily drink lineup is a McCafé coffee with creamer in the morning and a Root B**r Zero in the afternoon, and his biggest guilty pleasure is something sweet before bed… and sometimes again in the middle of the night.
Around the office, Jaydan is known as the talker who keeps things light and fun whenever he has a chance to take a break!
